Cancellations

As all our brownies are made to order we do not accept any cancellations. However, we would be happy to help accommodate any queries you may have.

Returns Policy

As our deliciously fudgy brownies are perishables we do not offer refunds. However, please contact us and we'll be happy to help resolve any issues you may have.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@frowniesbrownies.com and we'll be happy to help.  

Customer Errors

We are not responsible for any errors customers may make during the ordering process. This includes: spelling errors, wrong delivery date selected, flavour choices, colour choices, etc. We do not offer any refunds caused by customer errors, however, we will do our very best to try and see if we can help in any way.
